Replacement Policy

We offer a 3-day replacement policy for eligible products.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement.

When Can You Request a Replacement?

You can request a replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or broken.
  • The product is defective upon delivery.

Important Guidelines

To help us process your request quickly and fairly, please follow these steps:

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • A clear package opening video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
  • The video should clearly show the unopened package and the condition of the product after opening.
  • Please share the video proof on WhatsApp: +91 9500145198

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process replacement requests without a proper package opening video.

Replacement Process

Once your replacement request is approved:

  1. You will be asked to send the damaged or incorrect product to our address through India Post or ST Courier.
  2. After we receive and verify the product, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 working days.
  3. Courier charges paid for returning the product will be reimbursed after verification.
  4. Refund Policy

At the moment, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
We only provide replacements for eligible cases mentioned above.
